Addressing climate change is a pressing issue. As per the scientific insights from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report, it’s crucial that we achieve global net-zero CO2 emissions by around 2050, and attain neutrality for all other greenhouse gases as soon as feasible later this century. Taking action against climate change and pledging to sustainability are mandates for our era.
Increasingly, consumers are making decisions in the marketplace guided by purpose and sustainability. Millennials and Gen Z exhibit distinct attitudes towards work-life balance and purpose compared to baby boomers, and they show a stronger preference for organisations that demonstrate genuine concern for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. Proactively considering and acting on ESG has become even more urgent recently. Regulators, too, are showing a growing interest in ESG. The European Union, through the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, has strengthened the criteria and requirements for companies to report on ESG.
Established in 2007, we offer services related to climate change, energy, and sustainability. To cater to our clients, we’ve developed an international network of associated consultants with expert knowledge in various areas: the European Emissions Trading Scheme, Carbon Footprint, Energy, , Non-Financial Disclosure, CSRD, CO2 Performance Ladder, CBAM, decarbonisation or net-zero transition, ESG, and F-gas / CBAM verifications.
